Powe gets mugged, and there's no foul.

Refs are handing this one to the Cavs.

What else is new?

Ray Allen! Even without you, the C's can get it done, refs!

18-5 in FTs in favor of the Cavs, must be because the C's are a jumpshooting team and aren't taking it to the basket right?  Celts lead points in the paint 36-16 so that explanation doesn't fly, I just don't get the officiating.

Anyone else developing a hatred for the Cavs players' faces?

I can't stand them.  What a classless team.

Cavs just do a smarter job fouling.

Yea those numbers seem a little off.  All those points and shots in the paint yet hardly any foul calls for us.  Yet all the jump shots by the Cavs and they get all the ticky tacky calls.

What's funny is Ray breathes next to Varejao the next play and it's am And 1.

No sarcasm, TBQH.

It's smart to foul constantly when the refs are clearly on the take/in your pocket.

That's such crap.  He was going for the ball.

Not only was he going for the ball, he actually got the ball.  Ridiculous.  I could understand a flagrant one, but a flagrant two is downright criminal when he actually got the ball.

18-5 huh...thats an absoultely disgusting stat...especially after that 40 ft game for the pistons in boston(especially when detroit fouled on every possesion).....what is going on with the refs? if they keep this crap up (been going on for 2+ months) we have no chance in the playoffs

Make it 19-5. The refs got impatient.

  • Thank you Eddie!
These games are what make me love this team. The C's should be up by 20. The refs are doing everything in their power to hand Queen James the game in the 3rd, and we've fought through it, like every other game.  If all games were called fairly, a healthy Celtics team beats the Cavs in 4 or 5.

Absolutely.  We're now missing four guys from our rotation -- including three bigs -- and the refs are against us, but the Celts are still playing hard and holding a lead.
