The only difference I would've made last night would have been to give Pierce a rest before Ray was given a rest, that way you maximize his on-court time when LeBron is on the bench, and probably balance Pierce's minutes a bit better. But this was no bigge. Would've liked to see Walker in there for a bit, but it was understandable.

Giddens got a huge rebound to finish up the game.

Paul Pierce really seems to get along with, and route for Billy. I think thats huge on our team, and it really makes me excited.

I was a little surprised that Doc left Pierce out there even after LeBron would go to the bench. I guess he decided that we needed Pierce on the court. This was a very big game.

I didn't realize we our 6 games better than Cleveland in conference. So even if Cleveland beats us to tie the season series at 2-2 we're very likely to have the tie-breaker.

Now we just need them to blow a few games they shouldn't  ;D.

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale

Yeah.  It definitely makes some of our losses hard to swallow, especially that one against the Clippers.  Win that game, and we're tied with Cleveland in the loss column, with the tie-breaker.
