  • There can only be one.
...against contending teams later on in the season (Cavs, Orlando Magic, and ultimately during the playoffs with our recent losses and injuries? I mean, there are many factors and obstacles here that are keeping us away from HCA and Banner 18. We just need to keep the Cavs at bay for a while, and we're good. Paul Pierce looks exhausted on the court, Ray Allen can't hit that many 3's anymore, Starbury and Moore aren't familiar with the plays, etc. I love the Celtics, but we def. need to step it up if we want #18 this year, although, there's still hope for my Celtics. :D

Thoughts?

I just want HCA for the ECF's which will probably be the Cavs. The finals to me can be won without HCA if it's the Lakers.
True Celtic = Leon Powe

Bring back the show!!!!

the 2-3-2 format in the finals will help boston if they don't have home court against LA. they just need to start playing better at home

This team when they come out with energy and their defense is solid doesn't need homecourt especially if everyone is firing on all cylinders. Their problem which started in the playoffs and we're seeing this season is you can never tell which Celtic team will show up on the road. You can't even tell which one will show up at home now. Consistency is the key to winning this year I think.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Right now the problems are injuries, 2 new players in the rotation and fatigue. I think we'll be fine in the play-offs.

I think we've done Fine against cleveland and Orlando this season, 3-1 to be exact...How good we'll do against them in the upcoming regular season games is questionable, mostly because of health reasons...I have confidence we'll do very well in the playoffs against these other contenders when KG is back and the team is hopefully healthy and the new additions are settles in their roles.

And Ray can hit plenty of 3s, hes been on fire lately, just not today, I dont know if you dont catch all the games but he's shooting 40% from 3

When you got it going, you got it going. I just keep my focus down the stretch. That's when I want the ball. I'm just not afraid to fail."-PaulPierce

i think boston will beat orlando sunday but lose to the cavs friday....i think we can forget home court in the east..it is slipping away even before we have to play the cavs...could be 2 or 3 games behind after friday night...going to be tough to win one in cleveland but it is what it is
