He'll most likely be bought out by the Bulls again. if this is a contract yr for him, i could see him helping us like he did with the Suns. Not the ideal fit but neither is Marbury. What do ppl think?

Scoring off the bench at the 3/4 + contract year + trying to get a title = I'm in, as long as we get him OR Marbury.  Both is just asking for trouble.

He's big and can shoot the 3. But poor defender. Maybe KG can work his magic on him.

I don't think he'd add anything to the Celtics. Davis, Powe, Scal are add more to the Celtics than Thomas would.

the fact that they are in line to make the playoffs and they traded Sef and Nocioni makes me think they are actually keeping TT....

the other side of the coin is that maybe a big name would have disrupted their chemistry....who knows?

they are pretty tough as is...

Maybe.  But I'd only go after him if Smith was off the table.  I think he's better than Scal, but he's a similar type of player.  We really need someone who will bang down low.

Maybe KG can work his magic on him.

  • Eagerly Awaiting the Next Fantasy Draft
we have two spots open. The order of players who could be bought out that I want to see on the Celtics are:
1. Joe Smith
2. Stephon Marbury
3. Mikki Moore
4. Tim Thomas
5. Calvin Booth

unless Raja Bell gets bought out, in which case he moves to the top spot.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19
