0:20   95-93 Eddie House enters the game for Rajon Rondo

Hasn't Rondo earned the trust of his teammates and the coaching staff to be in at Game time. Having Eddie as a shooting threat is OK (sub him for Perkins and have him be the second pass for the game winning three. See - Pierce inbounds the ball to Ray Allen or Rondo. Post up KG, make them double team, swing the ball to Pierce or a cutting Rondo who drives the lane and either finishes or kicks out to House for the GW 3. Our goto plays have been a miserable failure lately.

In my opinion, it's not that big of a deal.  I was unable to watch the game today, but I'd rather have Perkins in there to set a screen instead of Rondo in there to throw the ball in because that's what it seems like he does in a lot of these situations.  Like I said, I have no idea how it happened or what, but you want to spread the defense out as far as possible to create space, unfortunately, Rondo cannot do this.  Eddie House forces someone to cover him from the perimeter, defenders on Rondo can sag off and help else where.
do it

I agree with the last poster. I would have made more use of House down the stretch in the LA game, so I have no issue with subbing a shooter for a non-shooter.

Well, my guess is we were going
to Paul for the two-point basket
and the overtime period. You know,
wind down the clock and tie it with
little time left, so SA don't have the
time to try more shots. Like you say,
Eddie brings spacing and we have two
deadly threeball shooters in there as
well. Make the Spurs work on D.
Alas, it wasn't to be...
