  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I don't like how Kobe is getting where he wants.

That's only go to help him heat up.

If we let that happen the contested shots from deep will start falling.

Great start to the game. Quick tempo, aggressive play. Looks like we'll see a great game here.

I love how Rondo is pushing the ball in transition and in getting the team into their halfcourt sets quickly.

Yeah, now if his layups could only hit the rim...
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Is it bad to be ridiculously nervous in the first quarter?

I take small, small comfort in the fact that Rondo missed his first four shots (or something) of Game 6 too.

If Rondo hadn't hit both those free throws, I think I would be more p---ed at him than ever before.

Not happy with the refs so far. After the home cooking the Lakers got last time Celtics better get some fair officiating.
And why does Jackson think they'd have won if they had homecourt advantage? They choked away a game at home.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Pretty terrible first quarter, C's were extremely sloppy, really need to get Paul going.
