Just heard on WEEI that Scal had 2 concussions in 4 days, one by Dirk in the Dallas game (and Scal was called for the foul! >:() and then again in practice... I guess someone was giving it back to him in practice. ;)

Good chance for Powe to get his mojo back.

That sucks.  Get well soon, Scal.  Now in the meantime, let's see some Walker.

im still flabergasted that scal got called for a foul for getting elbowed in the chops.

If the NBA wants to know why its ref's have an image problem on foul calls, thats exibit A.

Yeah, he got hit in the face pretty good by Dirk on Sunday (somehow it was a foul on Scal).  Especially when they showed it in slow-motion.  That looked painful.

Leon will probably get his PT.

The concussion on Sunday couldn't have been too bad if he stayed in the game and was at practice, but 2 blows to the head in a few days is still scary, even for Scal Norris.  Hopefully they won't rush him back too soon.

Look for some more of Walker and also a chance for Powe to earn himself a spot back in the rotation.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

crap that is not good news. He was just really helping the team. Against the kings it doesn't matter though if starts or not

Oh, I forgot that part of the report. Duh.  I guess I was just too upset about Scal being out to care about Tony playing. ;D

He might be out some time:

"Celtics forward Brian Scalabrine was taken to New England Baptist Hospital after suffering a concussion at practice today, and coach Doc Rivers said he expects the forward to be out for an extended period of time.

Scalabrine originally suffered a concussion against Dallas last Sunday and received another when he bumped into teammate Patrick O'Bryant while trying to get a rebound at practice today"
