These two, at Vet's min, will clearly make us a beast of a team.

'Zo is the number one kidney transplant success story and can easily backup our front line w/o a problem. He provides both defense and a scoring touch. And provided we provide thermals and a warm spa treatment, in let's say an indoor mansion in Lincoln, then he'll move to a colder climate for another ring.

'Toine provides the ability to spread the floor, while 'Zo mops up, under the bucket. That's the way to use 'Toine. Under no circumstances is he allowed to dribble into the paint. He gets the ball (from Pruitt) and either shoots, from 15  :) to 50  ;) ft or passes to the outside shooter (see Eddie) or inside (Powe or 'Zo), for them to do the dirty work.

Zo would be ideal, but if he comes back, it will be to Miami.

Antoine brings nothing other than towel waiving skills.  Seriously, anything that Antoine would bring to the team is being done by Scal now.

Zo, yes.. Toine, no.

I think if Antoine is in good shape he could still help this team with energy, rebounding, and passing.

Scals been playing well lately but he doesn't have the talent to keep it up.

Why can't we get Marion and Banks for Giddens and a sign and trade of PJ brown. The heat save money and get a young player. We get a back up point and a guy you does all those things Posey did but better.

When last seen Antoine was doing the Walker Wiggle on a yellow line during a sobriety test.

The guy is done.

If Zo has anything left in the tank give him a whirl, but much like Dikembe I think he stays where he's familiar if he plays at all.
Yup

1) Weather won't be the issue.  Sign Mourning at the end of Februwary --  springtime in Boston is beautiful (once we get through March).  The issue seems to be that Mourning wants to play for the Heat.

2)  Someone help me with this: I think I recall Tommy about a month ago reviewing possible big men and he seemed vehmently anti-Zo (he didn't give details, just a "not him" comment).  I may be wrong about this, but wonder if anyone else recalls this and if so,  why does Tommy not like Zo.

Thanx Roy.

So what if we said: " best of three, one on one games to 10, winner makes the team"?

How about? 10 full court sprints, head to head?

Toine just doesnt bother to maintain his conditioning is the point. Pat Riley tried to get a point across to two of his players a couple of years ago. Posey and Walker were both guilty of letting themselves get out of shape. Posey took the advice, Walker chose not to listen. They are both 32 years old with Walker about 5 months older and at least 50 pounds heavier. (being generous) ::)

Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe that the OP was being entirely facetious. And all of you have fallen for it. Or I'm an idiot. Of course, if I'm an idiot, then the OP was serious, in which case I'm not the only idiot. (Sorry, just kidding - I'm not actually name calling, I just couldn't resist the word play.)

Antoine will be to busy serving food to the homeless in South Beach as punishment for his, errrr, indiscretion.

So to echo the thoughts of so many others:

Zo yes, Toine no.

we bring them both in, Zo to bulk up the frontcourt experience, and Toine to replace Donny Marshall.
