NJ coach Frank: "You’ve got to have guys like Brian Scalabrine that are always ready. He’s always prepared. He always puts in the work. He’s going to be on point in terms of his defensive schemes and rotations. He’ll help spread the floor offensively.... Brian is just a phenomenal teammate, and those guys are invaluable in terms of what they mean to your team."

Globe: "A fan-generated campaign has started to launch Scalabrine as an All-Star candidate."

3pt stats:
   Posey 38% (last year)/35.6% (career)
Scal 39.5% (this year prior to last game)/35.1% (career)

Is Scal an All-Star? Would you vote for Scal?

Scal could probably make a mid major all conference team.
"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."

Quote from: Brian Scalabrine on a potential all-star appearance
"I've already made my plans, but I guess if I could go to the game, I'd have to change them," Scalabrine said.

things like this are flat out stupid...if scal (or any clown) makes the team it only cheapens the procedure.  put the 12 best guys on the team.

scal's barely one of the celtics' 12 best players... ::)

sign. once more the fans on this board just cant see the brilliance and importance of our scal.

i would like to point out that with scal on their team, they have won more champsionships than the team did for the nearly 20 years prior to his arrival.

aren't correlations wonderful?  ;)
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
when scals got that and 1 last night and he didn't couldn't fake the funk on a nasty dunk, I nearly peed my pants. I'd glady vote for him for the all-star game.

we could bring him off the bench for KP, and then change our offense to a faster more spread out attack. i think it could really help us play against those youngers more atheletic teams.
