Shaq has the advantage over other players because he is such a star who has played in huge markets so he has gotten so much airtime.  But yeah, he has been consistently hilarious his entire career.  It still amazes me just how goofy this guy is... and not just loose lips like Barkley.  The impersonations and stuff... Classic!

Yeah, I think Shaq is #2 to Gilbert.  I can't even think of any current players who are even in the conversation besides the 2 of them.  Scot Pollard is funny, but I guess no longer current.  I bet Eddie House is funny too, but he doesn't get the exposure of a superstar.
