The Hawks and Cavs scare me more. Especially if we don't get home court...

And a guy we will really miss in a matchup against Orlando is Posey...he can guard there PF's and his versatility will be missed against guys like Hedo and Rashard

I can understand why the hawks would scare you, but Orlando is much much better than atlanta imo and I dont think theres much of a chance the Hawks get homecourt over us

this is so funny, i just started playing a "Playoff Mode" game where i seeded everyone the way they are right now.

would you even wanna play Wade in the first round, he's playing like one of the best players in the NBA again.

best thing about the way the seeds are now is that I WOULD LOVE if the rockets could knock out the weak D lakers in the first round on their homecourt.

exactly, I'd like to avoid Wade as much as possible...

And I was just watching ESPN's 1st and 10 and Skip Bayless just said the Magic are better than the Celtics...lol

Orlando is a tough out, but they are a regular season team, they don't have the experience or the toughness to hang with a team the likes of the Celtics.

Wade could give us trouble too... the Cavs last year took us to 7 games.  It wasn't like they were dominant in the regular season either...

I don't know if the stats back this up, but i feel like Perkins always plays very well defensively against Howard. If Redick does continue getting minutes, we'd need to have someone on our bench that could really attack him. A healthy TA would be able to get to the rim at will on Redick.

Pietrus has a pretty serious injury and their team is still playing very well. They are in the midst of a tough WC road trip right now so I think that we will surpass them in the standings. They are a solid team and Jameer has been playing out of his mind lately. Also, Hedo is a big shot maker.

I fear Orlando in single game situations. Their style is a run and gun, all or nothing three-point barrage. In any one game, they can go off. But in a 7 game series? The odds of them shooting well enough to win four games against a superior team like the Celtics, who happen to have an excellent team defense, seem slim. So no, I'm not that afraid of Orlando. They still need to improve their defense, otherwise they are destined to be the type of team that wins a ton of games every year in the regular season, but never makes it past the second round.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Orlando gave the Celts a lot of match up problems in the regular season last year, and they appear to be improved this season.  So yeah, they're a team to be concerned about, although I'm not sure "fear" is the right word.

I don't have a lot of confidence in this team right now.  As presently constituted, I don't think they can beat LA, Cleveland, Orlando or Houston.

I'm not worried about Orlando or Atlanta.  It's Cleveland that worries me, and that's who the Celtics will face in the EC finals, possibly without home court advantage.
