I think you are being very generous with your marking, but you have to factor in the bias so it all comes down to personal opinion.

I disagree with House though, I would have him as 68.

What do you think Perk is a 78 or 79. And Powe is a 75?

Just being a wiseguy to illustrate my point :). Everyone will have their own scores and it's hard to argue your own opinion against someone else's on a subjec that is so subjective.
