A very strange round of games this weekend with all of the road teams favored (but not by much).

I'm going with

Arizona - they're not good, but they'll be fired up for their first home playoff game since long before they moved to the desert

Indy - they had to be rooting for Denver to beat SD, but they should still have enough Peyton savvy to beat a hot Chargers team

Baltimore - Miami's a nice story, but the Ravens are a better team

Minnesota - Philly hosed me in my elimination pool so they can go fly a kite (pretty scientific, huh)
Yup

Atlanta, Philly, Baltimore, and San Diego

Arizona is not a very good team and really does not belong in the playoffs. Atlanta has some quality road wins down the stretch. Atlanta wins this 34-18.

Indianaplois at San Diego is a very good matchup and figures to be high scoring. Just learned that LT has disconnected tendon in the groin (How can you run on that?). The first team to establish itself defensively wins this game. I'll take San Diego at home 31-24.

Baltimore at Miami - Two fresh faces in the playoffs. Unless Sparano makes surprise adjustments to his Wildcat or comes up with another theoretical novelty like he did in Foxboro, Baltimore wins this. Baltimore 30, Miami 20.

Philly at Minnesota - Philly got the breaks to arrive in the Playoffs. Minnesota lost at home to Atlanta and beat NY Giant backups to get in. Playing the coaching angle here, I give the edge to Philly. Eagles 26, Vikings 17.
Wins are few, times are hard. Here is your bleeping St Patricks Day Card.

Anyone watch the Indy/Chargers game last night?

I was really impressed for the better part of the second half with what a clutch defense the Colts have become...Then they started choking.  The OT penalties were just ridiculous.

At least we have an early end to any Manning vs Manning Super Bowl hype
Yup

The exact circumstances I couldn't care less about. I'm just glad Manning lost, whether the penalties were deserved or not.

Sproles was very impressive though, and fun to watch.

The penalties were legit, they were just avoidable, unnecessary, and untimely.

Sproles was fun

Andy Reid looks close to 400 lbs.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.
