Already on the shelf and averaging just 4.3 ppg, Ricky Davis was suspended 5 games for violating the NBA's drug policy.

He was playing horribly before the tendinitis became too much.  I had a feeling he was a weed head- he looks high half the time.

"He'll expose you, for an easy two
Off your feet when he upfakes you
But he's loaded, and he knows just
What it takes to get so toasted
Before each game he gets so high
He's got Ricky Davis eyes"

If there's such a thing as justifiable drug use, Ricky might qualify for having to ride the pine for the Clips.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I'm surprised he's having such a bad year.  Davis' numbers are just horrible and he's shooting 27% from the field. He's a talented player and It's a little to early for him to be on such a decline. I don't get why he's playing so horribly has anyone seen him play? What's wrong with him?

I have a feeling that Ricky is losing his natural athleticism as he ages, perhaps more rapidly than an average player. Unfortunately, unlike most players he's not compensating with savy.

Well he has tendinitis.  Im sure that was hampering him, but you'd think he could still hit more than 27% of his shots.

I liked Ricky On and Off all of his carer and after that game winner in Minny I can't say I care what happens to him.

That is just brutal, Redz! RD is clearly finished in this league. Perhaps he can salvage his career overseas somewhere.
