i agree whole heartedly!  i heard danny ainger call him "jonny rondo" on the radio once, which was kinda cool.  in the end, stick with his name, its sweet

I think his real name is cool but Rajon is hard to pronounce so if you change it to Johnny it really makes my life easier.

I would have gone with Stat, as in Stat Sheet if it wasn't for Amare's stupid ass Standing Tall and Talented bit.

I've always called him Jonny Rondo, though. I think Gorman said it in one of Rondo's first preseason games and it just stuck for me.

I think he should be marketed, and try to market himself as 'Rondo' because that's a pretty cool name already, he's the only person with that last name in the NBA, so it's sort-of unique.
We are all here trying to think of a nickname when he's already becoming known as 'Rondo' in the media and by fans outside of Boston.
Rondo is short and simple and I like it.

my only real argument is the name he has is pretty marketable, and that's what it's all about; a name that appeals.
