I heard from a good source that they're prepared to sign him provided his bodyfat level is below 32% and he can break 6 inches in vertical leap when tested. From 'Tione's side, he wants Starbury to have to buy a ticket to every road game before he'll agree to sign up.

In other words, he has to at least be LESS OF A FATASS than Eddie Curry and be able to get off the ground at all. 

He's as good as signed then.  ;D

At 32 i  think a player would try to come into the season in the best shape of his career... your stock rises and more teams would have a serious interest in you.Look at Pierce(31) this season lost weight and looked better than he had in a few years.Some people didn't expect Paul to come in as good of shape as he did.Its a personal committment thing first and foremost.Toine get busy.

Go for it New York Knicks. They had a promising start but they don't believe in playing defense so they can't be taken seriously for playoff contention.

Toine could do well in New York but in a running game, he will have to hustle to get to his favorite 3 point shooting spot.

While Antoine would be a good fit for the current team, based on the schemes D'Antoni runs for his guys, I don't see any point in them bringing him in. He would be a short term fix for a short term goal (making the playoffs) that doesn't accomplish ANYTHING. They're better off trying to cultivate young talent so that if their 2010 free agent venture ends up dry, they have other options to look to. I think LeBron is a lock to stay in Cleveland despite all the raucous anyway. Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, meanwhile, will be looking to team up with eachother or LeBron.

Like who? There isn't a team in the top nine in the Western Conference that has a need for him or would even think of signing him. In the Eastern Conference, none of the top 5 teams have a need for him, Miami will definitely not take him back, and I don't consider Toronto, Chicago, New Jersey, New York, Milwaukee, or Philadelphia playoff caliber teams.

There's no freaking way Coach Messina would sign a player like Antoine Walker. And even in an imaginary world where that could happen, I doubt he'd crack their rotation.

Okay, look people....


Everyone here has pretty much stated that NO TEAM IN THIS ENTIRE FREAKIN' LEAGUE is going to sign Walker. 


Well I'm going to go out on a limb here and GUARANTEE That an NBA Team not only Signs Walker but Plays him in their Rotation before this season is done. 

If he DOESN'T end up on a team before the season ends, I will STOP posting here for the rest of the season *AND* Postseason.
