Plax expected to be arrested on Felony weapons charges.

It looks like their could be charges also for linebacker Antonio Pierce because he took the gun after the shooting and hid it at his home in NJ.

Oh, and Plax did not have a NY license to carry.  In fact, his Florida license was expired.

its actually quite easy to set a gun of in a holster, which is probley what he did.

Thats why they have safety's, which plax apparently forgot to employ.
