Boy, it really depends on where your team stands when Ellis comes back and how well he plays.

For sheer depth, and the bird in the hand factor, I'd take what's behind window #2

Yeah I think if Ellis comes back and performs at the same level as he did last year, or better, then LeBron and Monta are worth giving up Josh, Redd and Baron. It's a big risk though.

Yeah...  I'm team #2.  Wright is one of my binkies, but he was a throw in.  It's really Lebron + Ellis for three stars.

I *hate* trading Lebron, but it increases my depth a lot.

(Of course, it doesn't help that Redd and Smith have some injury issues of their own right now.)

Both high ankle sprains, but should both be back before Monta.

TP for the smooth transaction.

i would want to have the team receiving team 1.....Lebron is a beast just about every night and Monta will be a starter when he returns.

tough to know on Wright because Nellie seems to be very fickle with young players PT...

injury is always a factor with Baron.

Its always a tough trade when it involves Lebron. Its really hard to give up the numbers he puts up on a nightly basis. However, Smith, Davis and Redd all put up big scoring numbers and they all have some nice numbers in other statistical categories.

If it were me I'd really look at my team as a whole and look at what categories I need the most help in. If you are lacking in points it'd be hard to give up Lebron and Ellis. If you are weak at the guard spot Redd would be a nice little throw in. I'd be hesitant to let a guy like Lebron go but depending on your team needs it could be a good trade.

Lebron making me look good tonight:  38 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks, and 3 threes.  Glad he's no longer on my team.

My thought was that I traded a 1st and a 9th round pick for a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.  My team was struggling, and this deal should help not only get me into the playoffs, but also solidify my team in terms of threes, blocks, and free throw percentage, may help in assists and turnovers, and shouldn't hurt too much in points.
