Perk with 5 techs already?!?! (make that 6...7...8!)

I was browsing the stats page at ESPN and went to fouls and then saw that Perkins among averaging 3.8 fouls a game (in top 10) also has 5 technical fouls already. Where as the second place is Jermaine O'Neal and tied for third would be Paul Pierce with 2.

Perk better get his temper down or he'll be missing games due to suspension later in year.  Right now he's averaging about 1 tech every other game.

I'm okay with playing with passion but you need to learn to control your emotions. There is no reason that he should have five technicals in an entire season let alone this early in the season. I like Perk but he whines more than a classroom of first graders. Leave the technicals to the coaches. One of these days a technical foul is going to lose us a game.

Even the bruins, who are nothing of the kind, are being labled dirty players and "The NHL's chairity case"

The thing about Perk's techs is they aren't long drawn out scenes like Kobe or Rasheed pull, he just says the wrong thing really loud & right at the ref. I really like how he has cut back on the moving screens, but he got called for anyone last night very early in the game. They should rename the moving scene foul "The Perk" in commemoration of his evolvution in the game. Gotta Love The Perkalator!

He definitely is not getting his money's worth...Much like KG's suspension.  If you're going to pay he penalty at least enhance the crime.

As I said before in another post, while I like Perk's game, he is a weinner. He complains after almost every call, aven when replays show he's wrong. I'm quite sure that he's gaining a reputation with the refs and that is one of the reason they are calling tecks on him more quickly. Someone should really tell him to just shut up and play. That Tech last night, right at the end of the half, after they already called a foul was just plain dumb. You could see Doc fuming. He's going to get himself kicked out af a game or suspended at some point, and it's going to hurt.
