I've ripped on Doc in the past and still question some of his in game strategy, but he is now an elite coach. His overall accomplishments don't stack up to Phil but I see a lot of similarities:
1)Gets the most out of talented players (you could argue superstars like KG, Pierce, MJ, Shaq, & Kobe do it, but I couldn't see Larry Brown or a lot of other coaches getting it done)
2)Unifies the team under a common philosophy (Ubuntu & Zen philosophies)
3)Installs solid on court system (Tom T & Triangle O)
4)Players' coaches, handle the media well, keep teams focused despite any off court distractions
5) Win back to back titles (not a jinx, just confidence, headbutt wood if you feel you need to)
