Only 17 pairs made so no big chance
you'll see them in the "real" world.
Unless, of course, you buy a pair  ;)

THanks.  You know how I get squeamish.

Something about them made me think of Russell Crow in Virtuosity

That blog post also said they're going to have special unis for tomorrow night, with some gold in them and a championship patch.  Can't wait to see those.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

You're welcome, my good man  ;)

Those jerseys will probably be a thing of beauty.
Gee, I hope some dude Tivo's the game and puts
it on YouTube (TP, TP, TP, TP, TP, TP, TP...)

I saw these.  I wish there was a better picture of these.  They look kind of funny.  My question is on the back.  If you look in the picture above you can see the letter's "KP" and then some #'s.  I thought it was KP43 at first, but it looks like it's KP3...something.  If anyone gets a better picture i'd be interested to see it.

I will be up close and personal tomorrow, so I'll try to get a picture of the shoes and the jerseys.

I think the KP3 is the name of the shoe.

According to this guy the KP might stand for kirby puckett. one of KGs mentors I guess.  This would also explain the 34.  So thats my guess as to what it says and means

I must officially be getting old because I absolutely hate these. Maybe in a display case or something, but I would never go out and play with those on my feet...

Give me some old style all white, or white with a little Celtic green trim like the old Nike Air Flight series from about 8-10 years back. Jordans really killed ball shoes IMO. They started making them so crazy looking and everyone kept pushing it farther and farther. Most of them didn't hold up and had terrible traction. There's a difference I guess in playing shoes and walking around shoes...

Those jerseys are awesome.  Too bad I spent way too much on my balcony seat so I won't have any money left over to buy one tomorrow night.

I feel you on this one. Seems pretty gaudy to me and remind me too much of Lucky. Lucky does a great job at games, but who wants to remind people of Lucky?

I think these are more shelf shoes. Buy them, and put them on your shelf as memorabilia. I think they would look good on a shelf next to my KG bobble-head doll.
