I just read the following snippet from Hollinger about JJ Redick:
I didn't have room for "preseason breakouts who will go back to the bench once the real games start." Otherwise Redick totally would have made it. In all seriousness, he can play if he's traded to a team that needs shooting and can cover for his D. I don't think Orlando's personnel allows it to do the latter.
It got me thinking, hey, we have a team that can cover for his d. The kid can shoot, and I know some people love to hate the Blue Devils, but Coach K teaches the game.
I am not proposing a trade, but would JJ be a good fit behind Allen? Would he be a better fit than TA or Pruitt?
