This concludes the draft. I will update the rosters in the OP of this thread later tonight.

Before I can upload rosters, I need everyone to cut down their rosters to 16 players or less. I cannot upload them to Yahoo! via the offline draft function until this is done.

You all will have until Saturday at noon Eastern to either submit to me via PM or post in this thread your final rosters. Anyone whose roster is over 16 players will see their last draft pick(s) cut until they reach the roster max of 16.

I'm not in this league but have just joined another Yahoo head-to-head league and I have a question.  When setting your lineup each week, it appears in my league that you can continue to change the lineup throughout the week.  Is this the way it has to be, or is there a setting that forces you to complete your lineup before Monday's games, and you have to stick with it for the entire week ... and if you have less games then your opponent then tough luck.  I'm in a sportsline head-to-head and that's how it works.  Tommy points for anyone who can clarify the rules related to weekly lineup settings.  Thanks in advance.

Your Commish can go to "Commish Tools --> Edit League Settings".  From there, change "Allow roster changes" from "Daily - Tomorrow" to "Weekly on Monday".

I believe that does what you're asking.  The default allows daily roster changes, but you can modify it as described above.

Have we determined the waiver process yet?  same as last year? same as draft?  opposite of draft? etc...
