Oh man, this is like asking me to choose between my kids.  Can't do it.

I'd probably rank the Celts and Sox at the top if you put a gun to my head.  I never played organized footbal, but grew up going to every Pats home game for many years. I spent a lot of time playing basketball and baseball and love both games for different reasons, and love the local teams for different reasons.

Uggghhh...tough question.  You'll have to put that gun to my head to get a true answer!

if I put a gun to your head it'd be one of those ones that has a flag that says bang... oh wait a picture is worth at least that many words:

so who is it?

OK, you forced it out of me...

Truth is, I just haven't been the same since the New England Teamen left town!

Kevin "Cat" Keelan and Mick Flanagan ruled!

Teamen? Brilliant!

Seriously, I did think about it some, and while it's tempting to play to the home crowd here, I can't say that I love the Celts any more than the Sox, Pats, or even the Bruins in some respect.  Basically, I'm fiercely loyal to my home teams.  I've lost most of my interest in the NHL, so the B's have fallen back a bit, but it is so ingrained in me to pull for them, and the other 3 major locals, that I can't separate them.
Yup

ah redz, its funny on the losing interest in the NHL thing, we were talking about it last night, how we couldn't name 5 players and the teams they played for... the league is almost making it easy for fans to be apathetic... sad the state of it all

interested why you dislike the sox and despise the pats - do you follow the sports, or is it more the teams themselves?  I know a lot of people who have soured on the sox with their popularity, don't hear much about people not liking the pats (except my cousin who is inexplicably a 49ers fan)
