Giddens played well last night. That's the first time I've seen a 3 pointer straight blocked coming from a good shooter. Pruitt's dunk, while it doesn't mean much, shows he's fast, athletic, and can see the floor. Bill Walker is good but a little overrated, he turned the ball over off the dribble at the end of the game. He spun into the zone, not away, and got gobbled up. Scal looks like he can't make a shot on offense, be it a layup or a 3, and Tommy described it well: Pruitt is a good defender, Tony Allen is a good defender, Giddens is a good defender, Bryant is a good shot blocker... uhh Scal.. is Scal? Lastly Patrick looks good but it looks like the basketball is a hot potato in his hands. When he gets a rebound it seems to slip out of his hands, as well as when he catches it. Good post offense though. I was thinking Clifford Ray when he started the hooks. Lastly the Celtics' 2nd team defense looked good. Nice work Tom.

Patrick O'Bryant looks like he has a hotpotato in his hands?  Like when he was at the top of the key... one handing the ball... then fired off a frozen rope pass to D.Miles (may have been walker) for a dunk?  I called it poised.

Thanks for the post, very informative!

Cleveland has a lot of good bigs, how was the rebounding out there?  Were the young players doing well there, too?  Giddens and Walker are supposed to be strong there.

go celts!
"You're skating on pretty thin ice around here, McGee!"
"Sounds like the ice's problem."

GO CELTS!

I haven't seen much of Pruitt, but his play last night was head turning.

I'm trying really, really hard to not go crazy over Billy Walker.

I know there was a few topics about this, but can't we just call him B Dub? It rolls off the tongue, and it doesn't require overthinking.

it was giddens, and i wasn't referring to that one instance: the instances i mentioned were when he rebounded and received.

No I get it doctor, what you don't get is that Kevin, paul, And ray one this team the championship and they're the ones that we should be talking about. So don't tell me I don't get it.

if we had the big 3, and no posey and brown last year, we would not have a championship.

If posey and Brown aren't there then Kg Paul or Ray know that they have to step up. We could've won with out brown or posey

If Big Brown wasn't on the team last year, I would have spent May and June watching Lebron play the Lakers in the finals (and miss a gorgeous face dunk in game 4 of the finals on kobe from pj). Question is, when is PJ coming back?   8)
True Celtic = Leon Powe

Bring back the show!!!!

obviously your basketball knowledge is lacking in thinking that a few all-stars with no bench can win a championship. we may have reached the finals at best, but we would've gotten whipped like lebron did in 07.
