Tony Allen had better dunks in his rookie year...this was nice though--especially the way the bench(including a usually subdued Rondo)reacted.

Booooooooooo.

Sure the idea of a rookie that throws it down and attacks the rim sound TAish (before he completely lost his ups btw), but cmon.  I haven't seen anyone throw it down as hard as billy does since shawn kemp in his hay day.

The guys on the bench were so psyched, they were practically wrestling.

TA's best dunk of his rookie year was his off the ground, self pass windmill against Denver.  Used to have a gif of it as my pic on old celticsblog.
Truuuuuuuuuth!

Thanks, TP.

How about Bill "Shenanigans Sky" Walker??
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

I like how a few of the bench guys leaped in a synchronized bound the same time Sir William-manekin leaped and sent the ball so hard it was like he was throwing a hail mary pass to China.

Looks like his surgery's not affecting his quickness or hopps. Ainge got a steal with this guy. Docs biggest problem is going to be finding minutes for these guys.

I second Billy 'Moon' Walker.....that takes sky to the next level.

Also think: Moonraker, the Ian Flemming James Bond novel:
"Essentially, the Moonraker rocket is an upgraded V-2 rocket using liquid hydrogen and fluorine as propellants. It can withstand the ultra-high combustion temperatures in its engine thanks to the use of columbite, which Drax has a monopoly. Therefore, because the rocket's engine can withstand higher heat, the Moonraker can use more powerful fuels, greatly expanding its effective range." (Wikipedia)

Maybe it's me - I don't think he jumps high...never has.

What he does is know how to use his body to go THROUGH people - his dunking reminds me of Pierce in his hay-day to a certain extent.

I think any such nickname should reflect this fact...I'll leave the creativity to you, my little Brickites.
God bless and good night!

it looked like he hand was near the top of the square. and the fact that this was basically a standing dunk was impressive. he got the ball from giddens took one step and dunked it... I think he can get up pretty high for his height.

Walker's athleicism is impressive.  That dunk was highlight material, especially considerhing he dunked on a 7 footer!!  Skywalker is fine with me, simple yet catchy.
