NBA League Pass on Dish Network

Has anyone else tried unsuccessfully to order NBA League Pass?  I was told that none of the pre-season games would be available and that the programming was still under some kind of negotiations.

I live in Kentucky and just wondered if it was my state, or if others were experiencing the same.  Thanks.
