An early American physician prescribed cabbage for the relief of certain symptoms suffered by a blacksmith. The blacksmith recovered. In due time a preacher became ill with similar symptioms. Cabbages were prescribed, but alas, the preacher died. The physician concluded that for these symptoms cabbages would cure blacksmiths but would kill preachers.

there's a little kid who rides his bike every morning up and down the fairly busy street I live on; I'm amazed he hasn't been hit by a car yet but it makes me wonder, why is he riding?  also he always has shorts on, even in the winter...

This doesn't have much to do with anything, but I've noticed the amount of people on the blog in the last couple of days has been HUGE! Before that I think the busiest times were in June/July, believe it or not ... just wondering if anyone has any idea what the draw is? The "Pick Two" draft? The struggles of the team? Groundhog Day? ;)
