I have a friend who is a regular on the Warriors blog, where rumors are now flying about how Ellis really got hurt.

It reminded me of the glory days (Summer 07) here, when among others Celtics Thug was generating 15-page threads.

I went back and looked just for fun, and the high points of his blog for me were “Ainge Done for Now” on 7/26 (they acquired KG on 7/31), “Celtics Eyeing Kobe” on 7/31, and just to show how far-reaching his sources were, “Alex Rodriguez will be a Red Sox” on 7/11/07.

You can read them here if you want to:

  • Yup
It would be interesting to see a comparison of the following two percentages:

1) Published trade rumors that transpired
2) Trades that transpired without any pre-published rumor
Yup

Celtics are looking to acquire Cardinal to take some fan pressure off Scali.
