Anyone remember couple years back when we first signed Scalibrain...Danny's boy who braintypes players rated Scalabrain's "clutch" level to be somewhere near jordan's... am i making this up or did this really happen?  Around the same time, i think Scalibrain came out and said that he's the #1 fastest outlet passer after getting the rebound.  HAHA

I don't think brain typing is necessarily about "clutch", but yes, Scal was tested as having the same ISTP (introverted, sensing, thinking, perceiving) brain type as Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and John Stockton.  This is pretty similar to the Myers-Briggs personality tests that are fairly common.

I am very interested in this brain typing stuff and I am sure it is on Danny's mind a lot of the time and that was especially noticeable in his interview with Jack McCallum in SI a few months ago.

I was watching some Scal on New Jersey on NBATv a few weeks ago and he hit a couple of huge shots in the playoffs.

Funny to note that Ray Allen and David Ortiz allegedly have the same brain type.

I thought it was based on the Myers-Briggs...but the difference was no actual test involved.  I believe it is actually based on behavioral observations made by the "brain doctor".  Essentially he can watch a guy play ball for a few minutes, and will label him as a brain type based on that.

I hope I am mistaken about this.

Seriously when did this "brain doctor" ever give MJ a personality/behavioral test?

And Veal? Who would even bother testing him....I mean ocme on!
