That multiple alarm clocks will need to be set tonight for NBA Finals MVP Paul Pierce [stats] who will fill in for Mike Golic tomorrow on ESPN Radio’s “Mike & Mike in the Morning” from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. The Boston Celtics [team stats] captain will talk sports with co-host Mike Greenberg in ESPN Radio’s Bristol, Conn., studios. Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck, coach Doc Rivers and GM Danny Ainge will all call in.

I'm always up early so I turned it on at 6 and watched the first 20 minutes or so before I left.  Paul seemed a little timid at first, but now that I'm listening on the radio he seems more comfortable now.  They just had Wyc on who had 6 championship rings prototypes in front of him, they're trying to pick one out.

For those who have been complaining about Paul partying too much and not working out.  He's been working out for more than a week now from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (includes pickup games)   Still plenty of time to party.

Wyc was just on the air and he said three things of interest:

#1.  He was reviewing six different styles of championship rings and in fact, banged one up against the phone.  A really nice sound.

#2.  He was playing golf yesterday with Ray Allen and according to Wyc, he whupped Ray out on the links.  The man was talking trash about Ray ----- is there any doubt he's a secret member of this board!!

#3.  Wyc talked about the loyalty he has towards Paul and the commitment they have had towards each other for the past few years, Paul echoed the sentiments.
