Danny has a few people to bless with new contracts before the season starts. If I am correct, Doc and his assistants are up for new contracts as well as Giddens and Walker of course.

Which is more of a priority?

Coaches, no question in my mind.

That coaching staff, from doc to coach T to every other assistant did such great job, and if we want to repeat, we need to keep it stable at the top. changing coaches is not a good idea in the middle of (hopefully) a 3-4 year window.

the rookies are also important, but get the coaching staff resigned first :)

Doc is signed thru next season. I think all the assistants need to be resigned. I'm not even sure if Danny is signed past the upcoming season.
I also don't think anyone is concerned about it. All will be taken care of. As to Giddens and Walker it's probably a question of details such as length of contract. BBD signed late last year because he only wanted a 2 year contract. These guys will be taken care. I don't even think it's a question of priorities, but of just getting the people together. This is vacation time.
