Sadly (but not shocking), the Celtics will not be returning to Worcester for an exhibition game this year.

they left off the exhibition game against the CB ALL Stars... Redz has been working on his post game for months....and Roy has been finding just the right dry erase marker for his clipboard...and Nick with all that time out there on the 3 point line, just waiting for a dish from S.Shore - and Edgar, he was going to fly in and show off his AND1 moves...and Steve was going to be our advance scout....oh what a sad day in Celticsblog history.....

Re Cleveland on opening day...to be honest, I think Clevleand was and will remain one of our toughest match ups mostly because of LeBron and somehow they just seem to match up well with us. They will continue to make me nervous.

That being said, if it were my choice I would prefer an opeing schedule of:

Clevleand at Home
Philly on the road
Detroit on the road
Toronto at Home
Orlando on the road, next day
New Orleans at home
Then
Utah, Lakers, Houston on the road
San Antone, Dallas, Detori at home

You get the picture...

This year won't be any easier, in fact, it'll probably be tougher.

Let's get it on. We won't win anything running from anyone

I'd rather take it on the nose from the start and all season...

Let's hop into that fire

i wouldn't mind half a game and the big three's autograph.

Were you able to pull that off before the mini-riot broke out?

I'm still p*ssed because I've never sat so close to courtside as I did that game.  Not to mention, I grew up in Worcester and it gave me a legitimate excuse to come back to the Heart of the Commonwealth.

i hate there's most of the celtic games that are gonna be nationally televised are gonna be on espn, because i can't stand mike tirico or hubie brown, for the last time hubie brown field goal percentage doesn't win games, rebounds and free throws do!!!!!!

Sunday games are what's really
interesting to me. In Denmark
we only get games on Sundays, with
the exceptionn of the odd weekends
they actually show 3 games, 3 days
in a row. Hopefully, we'll meet the
Lakers or Detroit on one of those
occasions.

Yes, this sounds about right.  Keep me far, far away from the court.  I'm quite happy taking the K.C. Jones approach as I sit back and let my elite talent win games for me.

Looks like resting our starters at the end of the season will be no problem also, thanks NBA.
