Mourning indicated this week that he intends to be back in December, and by February at the absolute latest.  He intends to play this year, making him a fantastic addition to the Trailblazers roster.

Managment decide to put younger faster strong bodies to bang with this conference oldies

Why wasn't it their turn?

Miami got skipped.  I chose.  That makes it Indiana's turn, right? 

We haven't been holding up the entire draft to allow for absentee owners to make their picks.  If you get skipped, you get skipped, and as many owners can jump in as want to, so long as they are next in line.

Roy's right, when MIA missed their pick (again....) they just can make a pick whenever, other teams behind them don't have to wait once their pick is missed.

now i didn't look at the time stamp, but i think ROY waited till 2:20 to make his pick... so it's all  legit.

Nobody picked early.  The heat pick was due at 2:20.  Portland picked 2:21.  Pacers picked right after followed by the Nuggets.  Why should they wait?  The only limit to how early you can pick is the team ahead of you.
