sign up for a celtics licence plate, meet Big Baby, and get some autographs. seemed pretty cool but i completely forgot about it until just now.

I signed up for the license plate in January or 06, when they first came out.  I sent the money in and everything.  Its been over 2 years and they haven't sold 1500 yet?
