Found this short article from the Wellesley Townsman entertaining. If Wyc owned another team, I'd hate his guts. He's like the dork in school who's releasing 45 years of pain from wedgies and spitballs with this trophy (he did go to Princeton - my stepmom was one of his classmates and says he really was a geek).

And the dude keeps the trophy in his car?

I'm also pretty sure Wyc lives in Weston, not Wellesley as reported.

What if they were talking about Kevin Garnett and he went out to his car and brought in Kevin Garnett?

That would be way weirder.   This is nothing... psshhh... i keep championships trophy's in my car all the time.

Wyc is too funny.  LOL

Wyc was on D&C the morning after Finals game 6 and said the first thing he did when he woke up the next morning was to read the LA newspapers to read about all the whining LA people and he encouraged the fans to do the same because they would get a kick out of it. ;D

good for wyc! he shelled out all this money to get the players we needed, he deserves to have that trophy attached to his hip.  lets not forget he is also a celtic fan, not just the owner.

geek or not, he is the man!
