Worst case scenario,  if the Lakers end up with Posey, & C's are unable to sign Maggette, House walks, Cassell walks,  TA is gone,  why not take a shot at Vujacic?  He has finals experience, he definitely has something to prove. C's get younger. It hurts the Lakers.  He could fill the House void,  granted, terrible on D,  but playing in the C's system might do better.

I'd have a hard time pulling for that guy.

His "finals experience" wasn't all that great by the way.

Definitely not, because Pietrus >>>>> Vujacic, Barnes >> Vujacic, James Jones > Vujacic, and Ross > Vujacic.

I'd rather have Bostjan Nachbar, who is essentially the same player.

So soft...and not just defensively.  Not the type of player this team wants at all.

That clip of him crying and hitting the chair is one of the top ten of NBA season.  I think we should just thank him for that and move on.

Can someone post that again please?

Well, I'm in the minority in that I don't think Vujacic sucks.  I like his grit, and I think he gets after it defensively, notwithstanding the Ray blow by in game 4.

That said, I think he's a developing player still.  If I had to put on my prognosticator hat, I'd say I'd like to have him after about 2 more years of seasoning, but for right now, I'd rather have House.

Just saying I don't think he's the soft loser that a lot of you do.

He wouldn't be a terrible option.  He would be on a better team defense.

He would go from a finger pointing lockerroom to a team oriented locker room.

I think he could be very good for the Celtics, but the Lakers will not let him go.

I have seen tougher options in the WNBA. Sasha would not do well here, KG would rip his head off the first time he cried.

If we could replace House with Vujacic, that would be an upgrade. He's the same kind of defender, but much taller, able to play both guard positions, with better ball-handle and still developing. His shooting efficiency has been steadily growing every season: 118-270 from downtown last one, while House shot 117-298 (and Vujacic is a way better 2pt shooter).

But we can't spend the full MLE in a backup guard and I don't like the idea of having Vujacic playing the 3. Anyway, the Lakers would certainly match our offer.
