Just got to touch the LOB Trophy

One of the owners, probably Grousbeck was eating upstairs at Jimmy Sea's on Martha's Vineyard.  They brought in the trophy and left it on the bar for people to take pictures with.  I didn't have a camera and only got a picture from my blurry camera phone, but getting to touch it was unreal.  Easily one of the coolest things I've done in awhile.

I hope they do something like the Sox where the trophy goes to every town in the Commonwealth.  Everyone here deserves to get a chance to see one of the replicas. 


It would have been cooler if there was only one and it was passed around similar to the Stanley Cup, but getting to touch one of the replicas was still pretty awesome.

I think they should start a tour of it around New England, much like the Sox did after winning the World Series.  A 22 year drought isn't the same as 86 years, but it's long enough for people to get excited about seeing the trophy.
