What Are Those Cigars?

I know there's a thread already about the cigars and health risks, etc. I'm not a smoker at all but I definitly would like to get my hand on a couple of those stogies everyone was puffing at the parade. Does anyone know what brand those were? I want to see if I can get a couple.

Cohibas?  Sure, they're legal - at least the ones they make in the Dominican Republic!

Then I am pretty sure garnett was holding one in one of the pictures
the square pattern belt is imposible to miss.

And those were the winston churchill kind of Cohiba red used to smoke and my favorites too.

Most of what I saw today were Padron 1964 Anniversary Maduros, with the wrapper label/ring below. Red's ultimate favorite was Hoyo de Monterrey and Padron Maduro 1964, both Nicaraguan, but he smoked many different brands, (including Cohibas, as Edgar stated), and loved Cubans as well, when available  . This particular Padron sells for about $22/each.

You're right, Edgar ... I'm watching the replay of the parade again and I think KG had a Cohiba inside, (at the Garden), along with a couple other players, then outside I see some of the players with Padrons ... either way, they're puffing on some very nice leaf, indeed!

KG had Cohiba for sure. I smoke cigars a bit and recognized the label immediately.
