I love this guy.  I am just so disappointed they aren't doing a real rally, rather than just a parade, so he could play the Mark Madsen role.

If only he was good...

Seriously, that press conference alone changes my entire opinion of Scal. I used to only picture him throwing up an airball, getting really upset, then throwing a tantrum on the bench when he was taken out of the game. I also appreciated him for some of the 'little things' he did. Now, he's showing his funny, articulate, and knowledgeable side. Why can't that translate into his game?

Do you think he has anything left for the team? We have him for what...two more years at 3 per? It is a waste of a roster spot. Can we buy him out and make him a coach? Would the team listen to him?

Scallawag! ;) I wish I could rub his redhead for good luck. When you look up the word "moxie" in the dictionary, you see a picture of Scals :-*. He rounds out the team in such a delightful way.  He & Pollard are a riot.

The Best!!! That's worth the Long term contract he signed. BTW that was a VERY small contract that people Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.ed about.

Ummm....no it wasn't VERY small. It was twice as much as Rondo (albeit he has a rookie contract) and about the same as Posey. Would you prefer Scal or a Posey-like player filling that spot?

awesome!  Love that no one expected him, and love that he called them all out on picking Lakers over Celtics!
Celtics fan for life.

I would like to hear Steven Smith spin his story on this one, first he picked Denver to come out of the west, then, of course, he picked the Lakers, What is next, his nore...? how many others, got any names, lets list the TV sports casters who lost faith...! Way to hit 'em Scal, that was a big TP for ol big red (head)...!
