KG confirms his baby

KG has been my hero and idol for a long, long time.  I could not be prouder of him than I am at this moment.  All he ever wanted was to win.  I'm truly grateful to have grown up watching him play, and to see him win his first ring with the greatest franchise in basketball.

He said this is the 2nd happiest night of his life behind the birth of his kid... I am beaming from ear to ear for how his life has turned for the better this year.

This was a joyous occasion for me - I got to travel to Boston to my girls place and see KG play in the Garden and have become a huge fan of all of these guys.  


It's been amazing coming from the past few years where I thought Garnett was buried in MN and would never get to see this stage.

Congrats KG, same here BT, KG's been my hero since I started to learn the game. KG, you deserved it man. Your effort and your passion and I (along with many others I'm sure) salute you.

Same here. It killed me, but during the summer, I had to make the painful move from the Timberwolves to the Celtics after 11 years. I realized I couldn't part with KG, considering the circumstances of his departure from Minneapolis. Congratulations to my idol, I couldn't have made a better choice for someone to look up to since I was 8 years old (especially considering his ultimate class in shouting out 'Sota first tonight), and congratulations to my fellow Celtic fans. Thanks for welcoming me, my idol and many others aboard. You now have another fan for life. Long live the C's!!!
