Laker's fans on lakersground:

"In all my years of watching basketball, I don't recall ever seeing a team be as disrespectful to their opponents after a big win like this. It's really sad and pathetic on their part and sad and pathetic on any person who looks up to these players. But I guess an unclassy team makes for unclassy fans.
We LAKERS fans are the best"  Starbritelakers

"This has to be the fakest team ever. I'm serious, what team goes from the worst team in the league with no fans to signing 2 great players in the most unrealistic fashion.

The 2007-08 NBA Champions the Boston bandwagons." Aseldo

"I hate this team more than the Larry Bird Celtics.... Edited for profanity.  Please do not do it again.S!" k4lakers

Man, they can´t win, they can´t lose...

Is there anything they can do at all?
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

And they blame Stern for fixing. Of all teams they should keep their mouth shut (Kings series)

There but for the Grace of God go I, true.  Man I'd hate to be in their shoes.  Then again, for 21 years we weren't even good enough.

It was really disrespectful for the Celtics to continue to play hard. How dare they do such a thing. Obviously the Lakers wouldn't have continued to play hard under these conditions, being that they didn't even play hard for half an elimination game.

Man - talk about a sore losers ... is anyone surprised?!? Lakers fans: Please - go back to the damp funk of the same rock you crawled out from under! And get a grip on reality! What a mound of scudge these posts are ... but I'm sure the rest of the West Coast blogs will be flooded with the same.
There are many lies, but only one Truth.

  • Let's Go Celtics
How great is this offseason and the upcoming regular season going to be?  I mean, we're the champs.  It's going to take someone knocking us off next May or June to take that away from us.  Until then we rule the basketball world.  It makes everything just shine brighter.  From the draft, to preseason, to opening night, to the long regular season, all the way to the playoffs starting up next year.  Wow, it's going to be great.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Sounds like some babies need their bottles.  Face facts:  Your team didn't show up in an elimination game.  They were outclassed in EVERY aspect of the game and were summarily destroyed in one of the best all around efforts that any NBA team has put together in years.
We're the ones we've been waiting for.

39 point loss and they're attacking us?  C'mon...

Lakers fans should look at their own team.

How do you lay that big of an egg in an NBA Finals game?

Laker fans have no one to blame but their team.  What a disgrace.

Good point ... we can rub this in for the next year ... a little salt in Kobe's wounds ... sweet, indeed!
