Let's give Doc some credit. Again, he rolled the dice and went to Big Baby early. Not a move that anybody saw coming, but it worked out. I think that can be directly attributed to his wierd rotations throughout the year. It gave guys confidence and let them know to be ready at anytime, showing them they had a role on this team. Way to go Doc!!!

Doc, thank you for proving all your detractors wrong. I was behind you since the getgo, and it feels so good to be vindicated. We (the loyal doc supporters) knew you could and would do it - we chastised others for saying you couldn't get us out of the 1st round, past Bron Bron, past the Pistons, past Kobe and Phil - we were here for you and you proved us right. And thank heavens you did!  As a coach, I saw what you brought to the table and knew with the crew assembled around you, you could take this team to the promised land, and now it has happened and all is right in the world..... I hope you get a 22 year extension!

Doc was the best man for this job.  He knows how it feels to be underrated and overlooked just like we were coming into the series.  Sorry Doc, congrats.

At one point, I also doubted Ainge (about half way through last year, I hopped off his train, but I am now back aboard  ;D ;D ;D ;D).  What I loved was that Danny didn't seem to smile much through the whole game/ celebration -- you know he is thinking too hard about the draft and the offseason!  what an awesome GM!
