Hey guys,

I posted before the season and I also promised some people on here that I will be here at the end.  I just wanted to say congratulations, you guys really deserved it.  KG deserved it, and you can tell by his reaction he wanted it alot.  Pierce really was the MVP.

Once again, congratz guys.

Very classy.  Your graciousness is appreciated.

Hopefully we can see you guys back in the Finals next year.

Thanks Steez, that was a fun series.  Hopefully we'll keep this rivalry going now that it is rekindled.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Steez,

You are really making it difficult to hate the Lakers and their fans my friend:-)  You are a CLASSY guy.  A great series and one that was good for the league:-)  I ditto Roy's comment about next year.  Let's make this a tradition like it was in the 1980s!!

Peace,

Smitty

I guess this is what happens when this kind of thread is started on the other side.  I guess if we lost we would be bitter too...

What is it you are looking for here?

Don't you have any loser friends to celebrate your rigged title with?

Just be happy you caught Ed F Rush 7 times in the playoffs alone and make sure you get him a ring.

Hey Steez. Thank you, that´s very classy.

I still hate your franchise, but you´ll get a pass.

Let´s hope for another Celtics-Lakers finals next year.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Oh LakerLanny, I'll miss you and your theories.  Have a nice summer bud!

the OP has class. That being said...

Laker fans are Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.ing because they lost and they're calling us classless. The difference is, when someone starts a thread like this on Celticsblog, we don't go apes*** on them. Over on lakerswhatever.net they are rude and classless.... in otherwords, they are clearly projecting their own personalities onto the celtics.

Back atcha ... for your class and integrity, and your team being a worthy opponent. Here's hoping this rivalry is starting a new era of renaissance, and that we'll be back here again next year ... battling it out. Nice to see a Laker fan take the "High Road" ... as many have not. I hope that at least some of us would be as classy if things were the other way around.

Steez is the real deal, unlike the rest of the bitter, sad, redfaced Laker fans. Much respect to Steez.
