No way was Phil Jackson taking over Red's record in Boston. Red WAS there and so were all the ghosts of Celtics past!

Loved Pierce giving a shout out to all of us who stayed with the team and him even when they were awful - it was all worth it anyway because we love the game and the Celtics, but this, this is like getting a job promotion, heading home and finding out you won the lottery! Surreal!!!

Where is Vecsey and his KG hate now? Wonder how them words are tasting!?

I’m crying.  I can’t believe it!  Ray with all those threes, one after another, a new Finals record!  Rondo, he’s so young but he’s so [dang] good, stripping Kobe again and again.

The Boston Celtics are NBA Champions; Banner #17 is going to get raised.  I still can’t believe it!  I wish this could last forever.
