Flags in car windows

I think I know the answer to this question, but since I'm a Celtics fan who's never lived in New England, and now lives in LA, I just wanted to confirm.  During the playoffs do people in Boston have Celtics flags flying from their car windows?

In LA, about 1 out of every 20 cars has one or two of these hideous things and they make me want to puke.  They only come out for the conference finals and finals.  I keep telling myself that this is only a "bandwagon LA thing." 

Please tell me Celtics "fans" don't do the same thing in New England.

That's only an LA thing. I live in Boston and I've never seen one. Thank god

I live in L.A. too... I also see cars with Laker flags every now and then... Bumper stickers too... But, I do have a Celtics window car flag, and a Celtics license plate frame, but I don't dare display them for fear of eggs being thrown at my windshield...
