I don't want to jinx things, but a guy has to plan. Any chance someone has info about the Victory parate in the even the Celtics win? I scheduled time off from work next week with hopes that I get the timing right. If anyone has info about how long after the series is over the parade is held please let me know. Any educated guesses are welcome too. I'm sure Bostonians have a very good idea based on the Pats and Red Sox.

Thanks

I am sure there is no way that anyone would announce anything yet.  But for the pats and sox it usually happened about 3 or 4 days after we won.  I love the parades.

Let win 4 games first before we start talking Parade.  Those of us who are Red Sox fan should know better.  The Red Sox came back from being down 3-0 to the Yankees. After that happen I told myself I would never consider a series really over until one team wins 4 games.

It's hard to say.  If we clinch Sunday, I would expect Tuesday; that's the schedule the Pats were on after their Superbowl victories (although there were Pro Bowl considerations, as well).

If we don't clinch until Tuesday, I'd say probably Thursday.  If we win Thursday, I have no idea...

I understand this. Just wanting to plan. I have to drive 9 hours, take time off work, make hotel reservations etc... Not something that can be done on a whim.
