Its hard to accept a loss when you look at these no-calls.

i see a lot of 'aggressive' laker offense and yet no help from the refs, while every touch the Celtics felt was called a foul.  This type of officiating absolutely has to have an impact on the way the lakers approach the game, doesn't it?  Doesn't the momentum of a few and ones change the flow of the game?

That's the biggest crap video I've ever seen, you can't see anything in there... and just as there were missed calls in the game, the person who put that together obviously missed some other calls for convinient purposes.

We can make about 12 of such videos in the Laker's runs to the finals... stop crying about this useless stuff, you guys weren't crying when Utah got the same treatment.

Boston, in the other hand, got to the finals being treated like rookies... so don't talk to us about being treated unfairly by the refs. We've gone through it all through the playoffs, we still found a way to win. Lakers are weak. That's all.

The very first clip is of Pierce beating his defender off the dribble (probably because the defender was "aggressively" standing around flat footed) and the defender bumping him and reaching in.  I wish I could watch the rest of them, but I don't have time at the moment.  I thought that was a really good one to lead with, though, so kudos.
We're the ones we've been waiting for.

Well said. Give it rest Lakers fans. How convient it is to bring up a video to support the Lakers claim. Bet the Celtics fans can do that as well. Hard to accept this much whining considering what the Celtics have had to go through all playoffs long. Lakers need to accept that they need to play better because just b laming the refs solely for everything is only going to get them more losses. I am sure there are games to come where the Lakers will get more calls so stop the incessant whining.

I'm curious about a couple of things:

1.) Were you this upset in the first game, when Perkins was called for a foul on a play where he not only didn't foul anyone, but he was fouled and injured by the Lakers at the same time?

2.) Have you been griping all year long whenever Kobe got the benefit of calls just because he's Kobe, even in the playoffs?

3.) Were you screaming at the officials and demanding something be done about the officiating when the Spurs got hosed on the Barry non-call?

please, are you kidding me? did you see what we put up with in atlanta in the 1st round? how about the entire cavs series? game 6 anyone? or how about pierce hitting a 4-point play at detroit in game 6 and THEM CALLING IT AN OFFENSIVE FOUL. that was the single worst call in the history of basketball. guess what...we got straight up jobbed multiple times during the playoffs, but we toughed it out like CHAMPIONS and won. the lakers are wusses. laker fans, phil and kobe can cry all they want when we finish the sweep thursday night. phil will never be fit to tie red's shoes.

how about the end of the game, when pierce got hammered when the fakers "stole" the ball? or when radmanovic dunked from halfcourt without dribbling? are you serious? do you know anything about sports? did you not see our team blowing by your slow perimeter defense all night? seriously, cry me a river...

and like a few other posters said, have you ever watched the lakers in the playoffs before this series? you guys have benefitted from some of the worst officiating in nba history. you have no room to complain.

i think kobe spent too much time "passing on his DNA" to his teammates. too bad his DNA consists mainly of whining when things dont go his way. and for the record, who says "i'm passing on my DNA to my teammates." i mean really...it's tough to sound much more arrogant than that. looking forward to more excuses from laker players, coaches and fans...

I can't wait to read this board once you guys get the David Stern bone with a 38-10 FT margin while every drive to the hoop you get hacked with no call and every time we drive its a FT.  Your tune will change in a heartbeat.  See you Tuesday night.

David Stern hates the Celtics, that's no secret... but over here, we might complain about the refs, but in the end we'll always blame Doc for our loses.  Anyways, we've been winning too much in spite of poor officiating all playoffs long.

You guys didn't lose because of it, you just played awful through and through. You guys might have some validity if you actually came and played, but you guys didn't show up and now are using the refs as a scapegoat. Please.

Give it a rest. Lakers  did not get any worse officiating then the Celtics have had in the playoffs up to this point or Lakers opponents. It has happened to the Celtics in the playoffs--more then once! Guess some the Lakers opponents have alot to whine about in previous series. Lakers never play bad, the refs are just out to get them. Give me a break.  ::)

Does this mean you won't answer my questions about Perkins, Kobe and Barry?

Look, I berate people for blaming the officials all the time, including some of the homers on this site.  We all know the officals suck, so why are you surprised?  The question is not whether they blew some calls, since they do that every game.  The question is whether they cost a team the game.  Now, anyone with common sense and a working pair of eyes saw that the Celtics were the better team on Sunday, and that the officiating wasn't the reason the Lakers lost.

There is your problem. You are hoping for "help" from the refs? Doesn't sound like a team that really wants to win a title.

Somebody should put together a video of all of Odom's over the back violations. Or BS offensive fouls called on screens.
