What do you think is his ideal position? He's a bit on the short side to play PF, but does he have enough speed and outside shooting to play SF? Let's say he gets a chance to play for another team (Yes, we want to keep him with the Celtics, but in the event that we can't . . ), what would be his best position? This is assuming a lot considering that was only one great game, however, when you look at what he's done during the playoffs, he really hasn't played badly in any of the games. I'm going to go out on a limb that there's potential there, for him to be a very good quality player. Sort of like an Edwardo Najera, but with a lot more offensive potential. Powe, to me, seems like an aggressive offensive player. Which a lot of teams can make use of, including us.
But you know, I think a team like Dallas could benefit the most from having him. Forget salary matters for a second. Can you picture this guy playing alongside Dirk? If I already had a tall, quick, athletic guy like Yi Jianlian/KG/Dirk on my front court, I could do worse than having a Leon Powe as the other forward. What do you think?
