Cassell went 4-9 last game, so I dk where the 1-6 came from.  I thought Kobe did a descent job on Cassell, i remember he blocked one of Sam's shots in the 2nd quarter.

I think even if Kobe is slowing down Cassell that Cassell is still doing his job.  If Cassell can take Kobe off of Pierce and/or Allen this works to the Celtics' advantage.

Kobe took away the post up.

Cassell kept launching, he didn't look to find the guy being guarded by the PG.

Sammy started off 3-3 from the field. Then Kobe switched on which is the 1-6. That's where the 1-6 came from, Cassell cooled off after Kobe guarded him.

Was Kobe on him for the rest of the time? I thought it was only part of Sammy's remaining time on the court. Not sure.

Phil Jackson should just play Farmer on Cassell and let him go one-on-one. Farmer's penetration will freak Doc out and would likely get Sam off the court quick.

They left Kobe on Cassell because it took away the only constant weapon Cassell has right now, the post up.
